We are recruiting for our brand new greenfield site, a state of the art pub just about to open in the suburb of Chipping Norton.

We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and a welcoming environment for all our guests. As part of that commitment, we provide a reliable and friendly courtesy bus service, and we’re currently looking for a responsible and customer-focused Courtesy Bus Driver to join our team.

About the Role:
As our Courtesy Bus Driver, you’ll be the friendly face that ensures our guests travel safely and comfortably to and from our venue. You’ll be operating a clean, well-maintained vehicle and providing exceptional service to enhance the overall experience of our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate the courtesy bus in accordance with traffic laws and venue guidelines

Pick up and drop off patrons at designated locations

Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle at all times

Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional service to all passengers

Report any incidents, vehicle issues, or delays in a timely manner

Requirements:

Valid driver’s licence (appropriate for vehicle type – e.g., LR/MR class if required)

Clean driving record

Friendly and professional manner with strong communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, etc.)

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
