Workfast is seeking experienced Bus Drivers to support a major rail and civil infrastructure project in the Cootamundra region, just north of Wagga Wagga, NSW.

Pay Rate: $38.50p/hr + Overtime + Super
Location: Cootamundra / Junee region, NSW
Hours: Early morning starts, 10–12 hour days on a 2:1 roster
Start Date: Early September

This is a long-term Tier 1 infrastructure project with up to 2 years of work. The role involves daily transportation of site workers between camp accommodation, the project site, and the main office in Cootamundra.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operating 14-seat minibus
• Transporting crew between camp, job site, and local office
• Following scheduled routes and shift timetables
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe vehicle at all times
• Supporting site logistics and communication as needed

What You Need:

• Valid LR or higher driver’s licence
• Current Bus Driver Authority (NSW)
• Construction White Card
• Previous experience in site-based or remote transport operations
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Reliable and safety-conscious with a professional attitude
