About the role

Join the dynamic team at Koffee-tek Pty Ltd T/A Abrisca' as a full-time Coffee Barista factory assistant in East Brisbane, QLD. This essential role is crucial in providing an exceptional coffee experience for our customers and contributing to the overall success of our thriving roasting business.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a wide variety of high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages

Ensuring consistent quality and presentation of all coffee drinks

Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere

Maintaining a clean and organised work area, following all health and safety procedures

Assisting with inventory management and restocking of coffee

Active in all aspects of our roasting facility- bagging, packing, despatch, taking phone orders

Manual drivers licence preferred but not essential

We will train in all aspects of the work

Hours 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday. 8:00 to 3:00pm Friday

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team

Relevant barista or coffee-making experience would be highly regarded but not necessary as we will train you
