Salary range $60,000 to $80,000 per annum depending on experience

The Position and Key Role Responsibilities

Perform general handyman/maintenance duties with plant, equipment and buildings

Experience driving an Excavator is an advantage

Experience working with and actively managing Cattle is an advantage

Recognise and managing preventative maintenance requirements

Maintain lawns and gardens to a high standard expected of a Wedding/Corporate Venue

What we require – Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience as a Maintenance and Grounds person

Can work unsupervised and also in a team

Hold a current Driver’s License

Be experienced in the safe use of farm equipment such as tractors, excavator, ride on mowers and gardening equipment, fencing equipment

Experience in asset maintenance such as fencing, building structures, general plumbing

Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions while still thinking ahead

Good attention to detail

Ability to manage time frames and work within deadlines
