Roof Plumber / Metal Roofer – Full Time (36-Hour Week + RDOs)

IronKlad Roof Solutions PTY LTD is a growing roofing company specialising in metal roofing, re-roofs, roof maintenance, wall cladding, and guttering across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Roof Plumber / Metal Roofer to join our team. This is a full-time role based on a 36-hour week, which includes 2 rostered days off (RDOs) per month, servicing Geelong, Surf Coast, and rural Victoria(Most of western Victoria). Some work away from home will be required (accommodation and allowances provided).

Key responsibilities:

Install, repair and maintain metal roofing, gutters, downpipes, and wall cladding

Read and interpret plans and drawings

Work safely at heights and comply with all OH&S requirements

Operate hand and power tools

Liaise with clients and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time

Requirements:

Roof Plumbing qualification (Certificate III) preferred but not essential

Previous experience in metal roofing

White Card (Construction Induction)

Working at Heights ticket (or willingness to obtain)

Current driver's licence

Willingness to work away from home as required

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Own reliable tools and equipment required for roof plumbing work
