We specialize in high-quality residential metal roofing and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work. Most of our work is based in Geelong and surrounding areas, with some work in Melbourne. We offer a rewarding working environment with frequent perks and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain residential metal roofing systems

Work independently or as part of a team to ensure jobs run smoothly

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards

Lead and mentor apprentices and support their on-site learning

Desired Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised

Confident in guiding and supporting apprentices

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
