We’re on the lookout for a skilled Level 4 Casual Chef to join our busy kitchen Team. If you have strong foundational skills, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and are available for consistent casual hours, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across our menu.

Work collaboratively with our Head Chef and wider kitchen Team.

Ensure kitchen hygiene and compliance with food safety standards.

Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or working towards).

Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally with woodfired pizza or modern Australian cuisine.

Strong knife skills, good time management, and a passion for great food.

Reliability, a good attitude, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
