Quality Landscape Solutions is a local run landscaping business that has been delivering projects for 8 years, predominantly in the Diamond Valley. We specialise in all earthworks, retaining walls, rock work, concreting, paving and complete outdoor renovation projects of all sizes. We are a young, hard-working and energetic team looking to grow our business to the next level, and looking for like-minded and hard-working individuals to grow with us.

We are in search of:

2 x Fully Qualified Landscapers to work in with our growing team

2 x Apprentices of any level/Labourers to join our team

About the roles:

Fully Qualified Landscapers:

As a fully qualified landscaper in our team, you will be responsible for managing 1-2 team members, conversing with clients and managing projects of various scale to the QLS standard

Your role can be flexible to meet the demands required at different times

Competitive pay package based on experience, with option of company car to be provided to the right candidate/s

Apprentices/Labourers:

As an apprentice, you will be expected to work alongside our skilled landscapers, learning the trade and listening to their guidance on site

TAFE tuition will be paid for by QLS and it is expected that you will attend Melbourne Polytechnic for the duration of the apprenticeship (Certificate III in Landscape Construction)

You will experience and perform a variety of different landscaping tasks that will enable you to hone your skills in our trade. Some examples may include mixing mortar, wheelbarrowing, digging, paving, concreting etc.

The same applies for the labourer role without the formal TAFE training

We are based in Eltham, Victoria 3095 and 95% of our work is within 20 minutes of the yard. Our team works 76 hour fortnights (7:00am - 3:30pm) with the potential for overtime. We do not work weekends as weekends are for friends and family!
