Landscape Apprentice or Labourer – Paving & Landscape Construction

Van Leeuwen Green Horticultural Services is on the lookout for a motivated and reliable individual to join our landscape construction team. We're open to apprentices, entry-level candidates, or experienced landscapers — attitude and willingness to learn is what matters most.

Whether you’re just starting out and want to learn the ropes as a paving/labouring assistant, or you’ve already got experience in hardscaping, site prep or paving — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with site preparation and clean-ups

Supporting both hard and soft landscaping teams with:

Paving, concreting, retaining walls

Instant turf, irrigation, soil prep

General landscape construction

Learning on the job with opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility

Working across residential and commercial landscaping projects

What we’re looking for:

Someone keen to work outdoors and be part of a great team

Physically fit and reliable

Drivers licence preferred

Landscape/labouring experience preferred

Comfortable using power tools (preferred, not essential — training provided)
