A part-time opportunity has become available for an experienced retail store manager in our Byron Bay warehouse.

About our brand

Snorkelbear is an independent swimwear label driven by our love for consciously created fashion, unique design and vintage fabrics. Our warehouse based in the industrial estate in Byron houses our in-house production, fabric and ecommerce warehousing and retail store. For the first time, we’re seeking a highly passionate store manager / visual merchandiser to bring care and creativity to our retail space, with an aim to making it shine in a way that truly reflects our brand.

Your experience

You will bring your expertise to:

Review and improve current processes in our retail and ecommerce stores

Create and refresh cute visual merchandising displays

Provide a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring positive customer experiences

Provide training as needed to new and existing staff

Make recommendations for complementary product offerings and collaborations

Contribute to our social media channels with video updates

This role will also involve the daily management of our online store, and will include:

Picking and packing orders

Inventory control

Website updates and management

Some customer service emails

You will need proven success in a store managing role or visual merchandising, and Shopify experience is also essential.

This is a new take on our previous warehouse and store assistant role which asks for a high level of initiative and previous experience. The right candidate will make the role their own and we hope for it to grow in line with your own passions and the needs of the company.
