About the role

Ascender Projects' is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator/Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Toorak and surrrounds. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and project management aspects of our luxurt single residential development projects.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end contract administration process, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets

Liaise with builders, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks

Prepare and present project reports to the management team

Provide guidance and support to the project team

What we're looking for

Degree in project management, engineering or a related field

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator or Project Manager in the engineering industry

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
