Overview

Our client is seeking a Defence Requirements Engineer/Project Manager with demonstrated experience in requirements development and project management within the Land domain. The successful candidate will support a major Defence acquisition project through the management of capability requirements and preparation of key documentation aligned with the One Defence Capability System (ODCS). This position plays a critical role in ensuring capability alignment and traceability across project phases and industry engagement.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in requirements management and project management in Defence capability

Experience working within Land domain in CASG

Demonstrated ability to develop ODCS artefacts

Familiarity with Approach to Market (ATM) development and supporting pre-Gate 2 industry engagement

Desirable Experience

Understanding of pre-Gate 2 and Gate 2 requirements
