Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited too):

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain supplier records and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly
• Code and gain approval on invoices before data entry
• Support month- and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and audit reporting
• Collaborate with procurement and finance to streamline payment processes
• Oversee payment schedules, ensuring compliance with internal policies
• Contribute to process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency

The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated full-function AP experience, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments
• 2 + years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
• Strong written and verbal communication with an approachable and professional working style
• Organised and dependable, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
• High attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality outputs
• Flexible and able to adapt to new systems, processes, and business needs
