Description

• End-to-end processing of high-volume payroll for a large, diverse workforce
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
• Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data
• Respond to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

• Proven experience in a high-volume payroll environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., Chris21/iChris, SAP, ADP, or similar)
• A team player attitude with a proactive and adaptable mindset
• Ideally Victoria based
