For more than 50 years this company has been South Australia’s go-to for quality design in building and construction. Due to continuous growth, they are seeking an Administration Assistant who will play a critical role in producing accurate and timely building take offs and support the team with Administrative + Clerical duties.

Your Role
Reporting to the Administrator Team Leader, your new role is to provide support to the Manufacturing Teams and provide high level of service to customers ordering wardrobes and interior products.

The primary focus areas of this position are to:

• Provide a high level of support to the Manufacturing Teams across Cabinetry, Interiors and Wardrobes
• Complete error checking of take-offs / drawings
• Answer customer enquiries in a timely manner
• Promptly and professionally respond to installers urgent requirements
• Discuss changes to to designs with Sales Teams
• Data entry / paperwork
• Coding for CNC programs

Other Details
This position is a full-time role based at North Plympton, on a Monday-Friday basis with occasional Saturdays required.

About You

• Recent graduates of Interior Design, Graphic Design or Project Design are encouraged to apply
• Experience in computer programming is a must as you will need to write basic computer codes- BIESSE and C++ experience is highly regarded
• Strong computer skills
• Experience in quantity surveying highly-regarded
• Self-starter
• Creative problem-solving skills
