About the Role

At Outback Batteries, we do more than just sell — we power up communities with practical advice, quality gear, and service you’d send your mum to. As a full-time Store Salesperson, you’ll be:

Engaging with customers face-to-face and over the phone

Fitting and lifting batteries (hands-on, physical work — training provided)

Providing tailored product advice and technical support

Keeping the store and warehouse clean, stocked, and ready to roll

Processing transactions accurately and safely

Building lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and your team

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys solving problems

Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, moving and fitting stock

A team player who takes pride in a clean, safe and well-run workspace

Prior customer service or retail experience is ideal — but attitude comes first

Automotive or trade background? Great. If not, we’ll teach you.

What You’ll Get

$33 per hour + job stability + ongoing training

30-35 Hours a week negotiable

Monday–Friday roster with rotating Saturdays — no late nights!
