About the role

As the Production Coordinator, you'll play a central role in managing the logistics and workflows of a busy video production unit. This is a newly created position with scope to build processes from the ground up while supporting a highly collaborative and mission-driven team.

What you will do

• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and logistics for multi-format video content
• Manage shoot requirements, liaise with stakeholders, and track project deliverables
• Own the end-to-end project workflow including briefs, reviews, approvals, and consent processes
• Support reporting, team operations, and content management systems
• Work across social media and content teams to ensure alignment with campaigns

What you will bring

• Experience in video or animation production coordination
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Confidence managing stakeholders, logistics, and multiple projects
• Familiarity with production workflows, documentation, and scheduling tools
• Experience in government communications or accessibility standards (highly regarded)
