About The Company
Our client is a well-established and respected family-owned business in the dental industry, known for providing high-quality dental equipment and outstanding service. With a close-knit team of around 20 staff, they foster a supportive culture that values autonomy, performance, and success. They are transitioning from being known primarily as a manufacturer and service provider into a strong sales-driven organisation.
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to drive sales of dental equipment including imaging systems (X-rays, intraoral, OPG, CBCT), treatment units, dental chairs, autoclaves, handpieces, and mobile dentistry units. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and building new business opportunities across the Sydney region.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Achieving KPIs and performance-based targets
Building and maintaining strong relationships with dental professionals
Driving business growth through solution-based and consultative selling
Conducting face-to-face client meetings and in-field sales across Sydney
Managing a portfolio of dental equipment and delivering product presentations
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Proven sales experience within the dental industry
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A strong track record of consultative or solution-based selling
A self-sufficient and driven mindset, with the ability to work autonomously
A desire to work in a flexible, high-performance, and family-oriented environment
