We are currently recruiting passionate and experienced clinicians to join one of our most vital and rewarding frontline services, the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). We have opportunities available in both our North CAMHS and South CAMHS teams and are offering flexible full-time, part-time, permanent, and temporary positions. These roles are Monday to Friday, with no weekend work, and we support job share arrangements to help you achieve your ideal work-life balance
We are actively seeking Health Clinician Level 3 professionals from the following disciplines: Occupational Therapist Level 3, Clinical Psychologist, Senior Psychologist, Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, Social Worker Level 3, Welfare Officer Level 3, Counsellor Level 3, Clinical Midwife Specialist Grade 2.

About the Role
As a CAMHS Mental Health Clinician, you will:
Provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented assessment and therapy to children and young people experiencing moderate to severe mental health challenges
Deliver assertive outreach and intensive case management to improve access and engagement
Involve families and carers meaningfully in assessment, care planning, and review
Collaborate closely with schools, GPs, hospitals, community services and other stakeholders to support holistic care
Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary team meetings, and discharge planning
Maintain accurate, high-standard clinical documentation and adhere to relevant privacy, consent and legal guidelines
Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and staff education initiatives
Work across multiple locations on the Central Coast, providing care where it’s needed most
Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, supporting work/life balance

About You
We’re looking for dynamic, skilled, and compassionate clinicians who can bring:
A relevant tertiary qualification and current registration (e.g. AHPRA or professional association membership)
Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience working in child and adolescent mental health or a related field
A current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to work across service locations
A current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
Category A immunisation status
Strong communication, assessment and care planning skills
A trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to working with young people and families
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
