Project Engineer
NES Fircroft a partnering with an innovative tier 1 resource company to source a project engineer to join their Perth based project team installing powerlines throughout their WA assets.

About You

• Degree qualified Electrical Engineer or Electrical Lines trade experience
• Extensive hands on Power Lines experience in an Australian environment, remote regional experience is highly regarded
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• A keen eye for design flaws and the ability to propose practical, business-aligned alternatives.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects, ideally including powerline construction and substation works.

Job Role

• Assist with detailed substation and infrastructure design, working closely with a design house to review and approve drawings to IFC.
• Manage technical queries (TQs) from contractors and provide timely, practical resolutions.
• Travel to site as required to support construction activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Lead and support work packages including:
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and contractors
