Our clients are a specialist wholesale advice firm, focused on delivering sophisticated, personalised wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and business owners.

This role will start out as a Junior Associate and you will have the opportunity to starting your PY in this role, alternatively we are also open to someone looking to stay in an Associate position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with UHNW family groups and sophisticated wholesale advice.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships to support the advisers in delivering financial advice to clients
• Implementation of Statement of Advice and Record of Advice
• Utilise Excel to manipulate data, produce reports and create new reports
• Working with clients and institutions to gather information and implement recommendations
• Assisting with client investment reporting
• Lodgement of ad hoc forms, applications and paperwork

Skills and experience

• 12+ months experience working with UHNW clients and wholesale advice
• Bachelor's degree or related degree
• Excellent communication skills – you must be comfortable speaking to clients & colleagues
• Must have strong experience with Excel; ability to manipulate data, produce reports and create new reports
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
