Join a boutique advice practice who specialises in investment and strategic advice. This business is experiencing strong growth and is looking to hire a new Associate Adviser / Adviser with the view of them taking on new clients over the next 12 months, acting initially as a support before taking the reins on managing their own client base.

Role Overview
The incoming Associate Adviser will:

• Support advisers across all client work.
• Sit in on client meetings, manage implementation, and contribute to SOA/ROA preparation.
• Prepare presentation packs and support ongoing portfolio reviews and updates.
• In the second year, begin to take ownership of client relationships and grow a personal client book.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have completed (or be close to completing) their Professional Year
• Show strong interest and capability in equities and investment strategy.
• Be confident, communicative, and comfortable with managing complex clients.
• Be self-motivated, growth-oriented, and excited to be part of a tight-knit team.
