Programmed is currently seeking experienced Machine and Production Operators for exciting opportunities based in Nambour. Join a well-established, Australian-owned dairy production facility responsible for the manufacture and distribution of high-quality milk and dairy products. These casual roles operate on a 24/7 roster, offering flexibility and the potential for long-term ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual handling tasks – stacking, packing, and wrapping dairy products

Operating automated fill and pack production lines

Operating processing equipment (e.g., pasteurisation and mix plants)

Stock control and storeroom management across multiple SKUs

Forklift operation (if licenced)

Working in cold room environments

Conducting quality checks to ensure product standards

General cleaning and hygiene maintenance

About You:

Forklift licence and counterbalance experience (advantageous but not essential)

Strong communication skills – verbal and written

High attention to detail and safety

Flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks

Proven reliability and commitment to rostered shifts (24/7)

Previous experience in FMCG or food production highly regarded

Reliable transport to and from Nambour
