Partner with our current Business Development Manager and we'll create a team that will accelerate the growth of our Property Management Department across the Sunshine Coast.

Key tasks that our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Connect with new investor leads and provide ongoing service to prospective clients.

Build and nurture our client database to drive ongoing relationships.

Assist with crafting and delivering a range marketing strategies including social media content.

Liaise closely with our sales team and collaborate on lead generation strategies.

Manage important administrative tasks and workflows to help the department run smoothly.

Be the primary point of contact for leasing and securing new tenants.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to get a start in real estate, or wants to progress their career in an exciting new direction.

Experience is preferred but not absolutely necessary for the right candidate. You will however need a current Queensland Real Estate Certificate from the Office of Fair Trading.
