Executive Assistant to a Leading Sales Agent – Eastern Suburbs

If you're an experienced Executive Assistant or Sales PA with a background in residential real estate, this is your chance to work alongside a top-performing agent and be part of a high-energy, well-supported team.

The Role

As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the agent’s day-to-day operations and managing all aspects of the sales process. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance setting where no two days are the same and precision is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the agent’s diary, appointments, and travel logistics
  • Prepare and coordinate sales documentation and listing kits
  • Liaise with solicitors, buyers, vendors, and stakeholders throughout campaigns
  • Assist with auction day preparation and on-site support
  • Design and coordinate high-impact marketing collateral for properties
  • Ensure seamless campaign launches across 6–8 listings per month
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist in database management

About You:

  • Previous real estate experience as a Sales EA or Sales Administrator
  • NSW Certificate of Registration and a current driver’s licence
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and multi-tasking skills
  • High level of professionalism and a passion for delivering excellence
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
  • Tech-savvy with experience using real estate CRMs and digital platforms
