Tasks and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Construction Manager and Project Engineer your duties and responsibilities will include:

Organize, manage and coordinate staff, subcontractors and materials.

Manage safety, quality and environmental duties

Ensure your project is delivered on time, meets quality and budget targets.

Skills and Experience:

Ideally 4 years' + experience in delivering sub-divisions in southeast QLD

Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly.

Ability to understand drawings, standard drawings and specifications.

Ability to use a GPS system for pickups and set outs

Willingness to learn and build up know knowledge

Construction white card and relevant tickets
