🚪 About the Role – Door-to-Door & Closing Sales:
We’re looking for driven and energetic Solar Sales Representatives to join our high-performing door-to-door sales team at Solar Point. In this role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to connecting with homeowners throughout the Sydney Metro Region—educating them on the financial and environmental benefits of switching to solar energy.

As a frontline representative of Solar Point, you’ll be knocking on doors in targeted areas, sparking conversations, and building trust with potential customers. Your job doesn’t end at generating interest—you’ll also guide prospects through the consultation process and close sales either on the spot or through timely follow-up.

This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive on face-to-face interaction, love the challenge of direct selling, and want to be part of an industry that’s creating a better future. No prior solar experience needed — just solid sales skills and the drive to win!

What You’ll Do:

Go door-to-door in targeted neighbourhoods to generate leads.

Generate your own leads and/or be provided warm leads to be closed.

Deliver persuasive presentations to homeowners about solar benefits.

Handle objections, qualify prospects, and close sales on-site or via follow-up.

Track leads and appointments using our sales platform.

Collaborate with our support and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous sales experience required (door-to-door or face-to-face preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Confidence in approaching and engaging with strangers.

A high level of self-motivation and a competitive mindset.

Ability to work evenings and weekends when homeowners are available.
