You’ll also have the flexibility to meet in-home if needed to enhance the customer experience. While primarily a remote position, you'll also have the flexibility to meet customers in-home if required to enhance their experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Solar Specialist, you’ll meet face-to-face with homeowners (leads provided) to guide them through an in-depth, educational solar assessment. Your goal is to help them make an informed and confident decision.

Run 60–90 minute Zoom consultations with homeowners already considering solar and battery upgrades

Educate customers on solar and battery systems, energy usage, and bill savings

Custom-design tailored solutions to fit property, lifestyle, and budget

Explain relevant government rebates, incentives, and Pay As You Save (PAYS) options

Build trust and clarity guiding customers to make confident long-term decisions

Attend in-home appointments as needed, when requested by the customer

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Confident presenting information and answering questions

A strong desire to help people and make an impact

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined

Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule

Full Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Prior solar experience is not required. We provide all training, mentoring, and tools to succeed. If you come from a background in sales, real estate, energy, automotive, or trades, we want to hear from you.
