We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager ready to take full ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approx. 180 properties. This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, thrives with independence, and is looking for long-term stability in a no-fuss, down-to-earth team.

You'll be trusted to run your day your way — with support from a team that values consistency, professionalism, and a job well done.

THE ROLE:

• End-to-end management of approx. 180 residential properties
• Take ownership of maintenance, inspections, lease renewals, and rent reviews
• Monday to Friday ONLY
• Majority of properties are tightly located for easy access

ABOUT YOU:

• 2+ years of experience in residential property management
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Strong communicator with great attention to detail
• Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
