Client Overview:

Our client is a well-established Australian family-owned gourmet food company supplying the food industry. They are currently in search of an experienced Inventory Controller for a Temp to Perm position located in Condell Park.

Reporting to: Inventory Team Leader

Engagement Status: Temp to Perm

Work Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9AM-5PM, Friday 8:30AM-3:30PM.

Hourly Pay Rate: $38.74 per hour

Role Overview:

This role involves working in a freezer environment at temperatures of -18 degrees Celsius or in a chiller at 2 degrees Celsius.

The ideal candidate must possess a forklift license and extensive experience operating a high-reach forklift, particularly with double-deep handling. While forklift operation is a component, it is not the sole responsibility. Duties also include receiving goods, stock replenishment, rotation, cycle counting, and collaborating within a team of five.
Immediate start required. The position involves full-day work in a freezer environment, checking deliveries, replenishing stock, and conducting cycle counts.

Perform tasks in a freezer environment with the provided uniform.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, replenishing stock, conducting daily date checks, and performing weekly cycle counts.

Experience with frozen goods and the ability to work efficiently with attention to detail are essential.

A forklift license, particularly for high reach, is mandatory.
