Quest Ballarat is a 53-room apartment style property, located in the heart of Ballarat and we are on the lookout for a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team on a casual basis across a 7-day rotating roster.

The Role

Working in our valued housekeeping team, reporting to the House Keeping Team Leader, you will be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of apartments and common areas to ensure the presentation of our property meets the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

As a housekeeping room attendant at Quest Ballarat your day will involve cleaning guest apartments and public areas, responding to guest requests, reporting any maintenance issues and interacting with guests to ensure they have an effortless stay.

The Ideal Candidate

Quest Ballarat is seeking an individual who has a flexible approach to work, great communication and time management skills, high level of personal presentation, a strong eye for detail and are team orientated.

Previous experience in housekeeping is an advantage but not required, with training to be provided to ensure the Quest brand standards are met. The successful applicant must be available to work a 7-day rotating roster including Public Holidays and have entitlements to work in Australia.
