We are hiring Room Attendants, Public Area Cleaners (AM and PM shifts) and a Houseman.
What we need from You
You must love cleanliness!
Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
Dusting, polishing and vacuuming furniture
Changing linen and making beds; lots of beds!
Cleaning showers, baths, sinks and kitchens
Removing rubbish
Replenishing guest amenities and supplies
Clean, re-stock and maintain a tidy housekeeping trolley
Previous experience in a hotel environment is highly desirable
Exceptional quality standards; an eye for detail
Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene protocols.
Handle guest requests, feedback and concerns promptly and professionally
Identifying and report any maintenance or repair issues
Good organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or with a colleague
Be physically fit
