An excellent opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Manager to join a long standing and prestigious organisation based in Brisbane CBD.

In this critical position you will play a key role in planning, forecasting and budgeting, analysis of financial performance, and the design and recommendation of process improvements.

Your key tasks will include:

Direct liaison with the senior leadership team and budget owners across multiple cost centres

Drive preparation of the annual budget and 2 year financial plan

Regular forecasting, identification of concerns and provision of recommendations

Lead business improvement initiatives, including automation, process optimisation

Preparation of business case analysis around investments/capex

Ensure proposed projects are in line with strategy and long term planning

Support the wider finance team around financial reporting and audit requirements

Your background and experience:

CA, CPA qualified or equivalent or studying towards

Demonstrated experience in complex budget preparation

An affinity for performing data analysis across large data sets

Solid experience with Power BI will be highly valued

A clear track record of implementing process improvements

A strong capability to engage and influence finance and non finance stakeholders
