Pathways to Mental Health are looking for experienced senior support workers for out farm-based Supported Independent Living service, located at Mcleans Ridges. The SIL provides 1:3 supports with 1:1 supports based on the participants needs.

We are looking for people who have availability for approximately 32 hours per week, with our shift structure which is 9am - 5pm with 4 days on and 2 days off. There will be the opportunity to work additional hours with our community access participants in the Ballina and Lismore areas. People who have the capacity to provide cover for night shifts (inactive) on occasion during periods of sickness or leave, would be highly valued.

Role Requirements:

Current police check

Current working with children check

Own car with comprehensive insurance

Current First Aid and CPR certificate

Willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check
