An opportunity exists for a bright and enthusiastic family law assistant to work in our Tweed Heads office.

The role is broad with some specific tasks being:

. Reception duties;

. Direct communication with clients;

. Diary management;

. Transcribing dictation;

. Indexing disclosure; and

. General administration including collation of briefs and disclosure using Leap and Sharepoint.

Who We are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have two years experience working as a Family Law Assistant. This is a fast-paced environment where high energy levels are required for success in the role. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

You will need an ability to work autonomously and have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Other skills and personal attributes include:

. Intermediate to advance Microsoft office skills - specifically Outlook and Sharepoint;

. Superior written and verbal skills;

. Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling and grammar; and

. Leap Legal Software experience is preferable.
