Posted 2 days ago
Munchkin Allied Health is seeking a new graduate or experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
About us:
Munchkin Allied Health is a small allied health clinic providing Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to Melbourne's northern suburbs. We are a multidisciplinary team consisting of four speech pathologists, an occupational therapist, two allied health assistants, and an administrative assistant. We pride ourselves on our welcoming, inclusive, and supportive attitudes. Our team genuinely likes to spend time with each other, so we have quarterly team outings and regular team lunches.
At Munchkin, our priority is helping our staff become the best clinicians they can be. Clinicians control how many clients they see, and remuneration is scaled to reflect this. We also provide frequent supervision, flexible work hours and KPIs and lots of growth opportunities!
We believe that children and families work best when they feel safe and supported. We aim to provide evidence-based neuroaffirmative therapy that promotes and celebrates neurodiversity.
