Clinic based role with paediatric clients, created for new graduates they offer a 100 day induction program. Build up steadily to a full caseload over your first 6 months.

Locations: Altona North and Brunswick. Clinicians able to work across both sites.

What We Offer

• Salary starting from $77,000 to $90,000 + Super
• Quarterly bonus structure available after six months
• A structured 100-day induction program, including a gentle start with no clients in your first week and close mentoring throughout.
• Gradual caseload build-up, tailored to your experience and preferences.
• Weekly one-on-one mentoring with the Practice Principal or Director to support your wellbeing and development.
• $2,000 annual professional development allowance, plus 3 days of PD leave.
• Quarterly team PD days and regular external presenters.

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA membership
