Do you have a passion for technology? An exciting opportunity exists to join Council’s Information and Communication Technology Team.
This position will support the overall efficiency of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) section by performing Service Desk functions and providing general ICT support.
To be successful in the role, you will require:
· Formal qualifications in Information and Communication Technology or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
· Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, computer hardware and peripherals.
· Experience and proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online).
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
