Trade Assistant
$40/Hr + Super
Henderson Location
Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 4 PM

Our client is an engineering company which provides high quality steel services across Western Australia, specialising in Welding Fabrication and Machining. As a result of ongoing growth, they are looking to add a long-term Trade Assistant in an all-rounder position.

Position Information:

• $40/Hr + Super
• 10-hour shifts, starting at 6am
• Saturday shifts often available, paid at $52/Hr
• Casual to Permanent position (for the right candidate)

Job Duties:

• Driving a truck to deliver metal and steel products.
• Working closely with various tradespeople within a workshop environment.
• Using various hand and power tools to prepare steel.
• Processing goods in and out of the workshop.
• Cleaning the workshop and keeping a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• HR Manual Truck Licence and previous truck driving experience.
• Forklift Licence (HRWL).
• Previous workshop experience, ideally using various hand and power tools.
• Full Australian Working Rights.
