In the past three months our Allied Health Team of Speechies, Physio’s and OTs has grown rapidly from 9 to 18 with another 6 due to join us by the end of July. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.

Above award salary starting from $115k + super based on experience

67% KPI Caseload with a reduction of 3% in case load per supervising clinician

Full time preferred, with working hours Monday to Friday ( no after hours or weekends!)

Travel to clients within the local area only- Community-based client appointments

All appointments within a 25-minute driving range of our home base

What we are looking for

Graduate Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA with at least 4 years experience within the NDIS along with experience in Supervising a Team

Experience with outcome measures: ADL assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments, Who-DAS, Low Vision Assessment

Experience in delivering services to geriatric and adult patients

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Community Experience

COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum).
