Family owned, today we operate as the TOGA Group of Companies and have evolved into three integrated businesses: TOGA Development & Construction, TOGA Far East Hotels (TFE) – Australia’s first global hotel operator and TOGA Property Investment.

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to support our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and implement scalable software applications.

Contribute to system architecture and data flow design.

Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code; participate in peer code reviews.

Mentor and support junior team members.

Maintain and operate critical production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

Apply rigorous testing and deployment practices to ensure safe, stable releases.

Diagnose and resolve issues across distributed systems, backend services, and data platforms.

Skills and experience we need from you:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade software solutions.

Strong expertise in C#, Blazor, and SQL Server.

Solid understanding of data quality, governance, and security best practices.

Experience with backend development using C# Minimal APIs and Clean Architecture.

Familiarity with frontend development frameworks and technologies, including Blazor and JavaScript.

Proficient with version control systems and modern CI/CD workflows, specifically Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, and Entity Framework Core.

Knowledge of security and networking fundamentals.

Experience with Azure hosting platforms is an advantage.

Familiarity with integrated testing frameworks such as xUnit and NSubstitute.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
