About the role:

We specialise in School charters, offering flexible working hours for drivers being typically between 8am to 4pm on weekdays.

No weekends leaving you time for your family and social life

No boring overnight rail replacement

No sneaky clock-in/clock-out fine print for lay overs. You work a whole day, you're paid a whole day.

No long haul overnight away trips

The hard stuff:

Let's be transparent; School terms run for 10-11 weeks per term, we do get plenty of School holiday Charters however for the 2 weeks over Christmas/New year there's no rostered shifts. We also can't control the weather so when the outdoor sport fields close unfortunately the bus doors do too, when this happenes we'll give as much notice as we can for drivers of cancelled shifts but we're always happy to offer extra working hours for those drivers seeking to help out with general maintenace of the vehicles on the days work cancels.

Successful applicants are required to have:

Current MR or HR Licence

Current Working with Children Check

NSW Bus Driver Authority

Great Communication skills

Australian working rights

Customer service skills, flexibility and a can-do attitude are highly desirable qualities in successful candidates.
