Pepe’s Italian & Liquor is looking for someone with strong organisational skills and hospitality experience to help keep our busy venue running smoothly. As the team continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who can bring structure to our systems and work closely with both FOH and BOH management to keep everything on track.

This role is ideal for someone who’s worked in restaurants and enjoys the operational side of the business. You’ll play a key role in coordinating ordering, supplier communication, admin, and compliance—while supporting the owner and management team with day-to-day processes that make service flow better.

In this role, you’ll:

Coordinate venue-wide ordering and maintain strong supplier relationships

Support the owner with admin tasks, scheduling, and venue-wide workflow tracking

Work closely with FOH and BOH leadership to align processes and service goals

Maintain compliance systems, reporting, and internal documentation

Keep the team informed and ahead of deadlines
