About the Role

As the Store Manager of our Fountain Gate location, you'll take full ownership of your team, customer experience, and store performance. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store—motivating, coaching, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the luxury, quality, and authenticity that ESNC is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, lead and inspire a high-performing team

Set and exceed daily/weekly sales targets

Deliver exceptional customer service, every time

Ensure smooth daily operations including rosters, stock control and training

Drive brand awareness through storytelling and team engagement

About You

Proven leadership in a retail or kiosk environment (fragrance or cosmetics is a bonus)

Confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about people and performance

A strong seller who leads from the front

Organised, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting
