💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting outbound leads (real estate, strata, commercial)

Following up warm inbound leads

Phone-based relationship building and proposal follow-up

Owning your pipeline, managing your own CRM and results

Working closely with our in-house marketing team to test and improve campaigns

💰 What’s In It For You

Base salary + uncapped commissions + trailing/rolling commission

On-target earnings over $125K
