Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician | HVAC Service & Install

We’re looking for a qualified HVAC Technician to join a well-established team servicing Brisbane's residential and commercial clients. If you’re confident in installs, maintenance, and breakdowns — and value flexibility, stability, and a strong team culture — this is the role for you.

You'll be working across a variety of systems across residential and commercial. Multiple roles are available, with the chance to grow long-term in a business that values initiative and delivers real career development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Taking full responsibility for the delivery of repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Responding to reactive HVAC breakdowns in a timely and professional manner
• Working autonomously and resolving issues before they escalate
• Developing strong partnerships with clients and key stakeholders
• Participating in an on-call roster when required

To be considered for the role, you’ll need:

• Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• AND/OR - Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer service
• Experience across commercial or retail environments (multi-site preferred)
