About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Project Lead, the Project Coordinator will support the Reporting Project through a range of administrative, financial, and governance responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised and eager to contribute to a large-scale, fast-paced project delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment and resourcing activities, including onboarding and offboarding
• Administer project governance processes, including tracking change requests, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide administrative support for project meetings and documentation
• Manage financial tracking activities, including forecast vs actuals and timesheet allocations
• Support knowledge sharing via SharePoint and internal project portals
• Assist in team engagement initiatives and the planning of offsite events
• Ensure adherence to project management quality standards

About You

• Previous experience in project coordination or project support role
• Previous experience within the retail industry - advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• A professional, team-oriented attitude
• Project management certification (desirable)
