About the Role
We’re partnering with a well-established and respected Food & Beverage manufacturer seeking multiple reliable and motivated Production Operators to join their team. These are full-time, ongoing roles offering stability, great working conditions, and the opportunity to be part of a high-performing production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare batches by following internal recipes and procedures
• Pick and measure ingredients (including electric forklift operation)
• Conduct basic quality checks and maintain production standards
• Assist with inventory control, stock take, and ingredient storage
• Clean and maintain production equipment
• General housekeeping and adherence to safety protocols

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (highly regarded)
• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A team-focused mindset and strong work ethic
• Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts – 24/7 roster
