Production Operator – Pinkenba | Temp to Perm Opportunity
We're working with a leading global manufacturer on the lookout for reliable and switched-on Production Operators to join their team in Pinkenba. This is an exciting opportunity with long-term potential for the right person.

The Role:
You'll be part of a close-knit team, working in a clean and safety-focused production environment. Duties include:

• Operating and setting up packing line machinery
• Measuring and batching raw materials
• Running machines to meet daily production targets
• Performing quality checks unsupervised
• Supporting continuous improvement and safety culture
• Working across all areas of production as required

What’s on Offer:

• Monday to Friday day shifts (6:30am starts, 3–4pm finishes)
• 9-day fortnight (every second Friday off unless extra hours needed – paid at OT rates)
• $37–$39/hour + casual loading
• Genuine pathway to permanent work

About You:

• Previous production/manufacturing experience (blending/batching highly regarded)
• Experience with chemicals is ideal but not essential
• Physically fit – able to lift 20–25kg
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Leadership potential will be looked upon favourably
