About the Position

Labourer

The role of Production Line Worker/Labourer within QPro contributes to the success and growth of the company by developing and maintaining quality and production volume in our business. Reporting to the Production Manager at our Brendale warehouse, you will work within a great production team and actively contribute towards team targets, directly impacting the company’s goals.

Core duties include:

Working on an production line to achieve various production/line targets

Working in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Manual laboring duties

Forklift operation

Dispatch Forklift Driver

We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced and reliable person to join our team reporting to the Dispatch Manager at our Brendale warehouse, you will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles and trailers. You will also work within a great team and actively contribute towards team targets, directly impacting the company’s goals.

To be successful in this role you will be energetic and goal oriented and possess the following skills:

A forklift licence (necessary)

Telehandler licence (Preferred)

Ability to load, unload and secure freight

Team orientated with excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions

Reliable, punctual and excellent work ethic

Focused on providing the best service to our customers

About You

You will:

Have previous experience in a similar role

Have the ability to follow our safe work procedures as this role does involve heavy repetitive work

Have great communication skills

Be able to work under direction but have initiative when required

Forklift license would be highly regarded but is not necessary

Be available to work a full time production roster. This is not a part time role.
